International Community Centre for Socio-Economic Development (ICSED) is the world’s ever first and unique international community centre for socio-economic development which is going to be set up in an underdeveloped urban area of Landhi Town Karachi Pakistan.
It is based on non-profiting consultancy services (Private Entrepreneurship) of undersigned registered under National Income Tax No: 2777659-0. It aims at providing Resource Management Arrangement Facility to ensure socio-economic/humanitarian development for non-profiting purpose to society.
ICSED will be a multipurpose centre by offering services with close partnership of both public and private sectors to provide standardized consultancy and voluntary services.
A state-of-the-art non-commercial Women Vocational Training & Development Centre and a non-profiting Basic Computer Literacy Centre for children and adults especially for local working class are going to be launched with the help of private & public stakeholders within the present premises of ICSED’s head office in Karachi.
Besides this public awareness programs through public campaigns, in-house discussions, in-house seminars, round table conferences, foras, literature distribution etc and other multi dimensional non-profiting socio-economic activities will be launched through the said centre. This will encompass health, food, employment, education, literacy growth, environmental protection, human rights, women & children development, sports and same sort of bilateral cooperation services for international community on non-profiting basis. It is because the local community is badly affected with socio-economic mismanagement.
We also provide freelance consultancy on socio-economic development for international community as we are working for our locality and country.
All these programs are going to take place with the help of local community without any pre-funding. The initial operational and launching required budget for this world-class project is around PakRs.100,000/ only, while the total estimated cost is around Pak Rs.03 Million(Pak Rupees Thirty Lacs).

It will work with the close partnership of corporate sector, NGOs, Governmental Authorities, Public Representatives, and other influential persons or organizations of society as well as the local community itself. All activities will evolve around a systematic process for developing socio-economic structure. This is first time in the world that corporate social responsibility is being demonstrated in a unique practical way.
PROJECTS GOING TO BE LAUNCHED:
@ A state-of-the-art vocational training and development centre to be set up by the GRICSED against very nominal affordable donation amount, to boost up skills of women so that they can become an active part of healthy socio-economic activities in society. Those with unavailability to pay such donation will be provided free of cost training.
@ One of the sophisticated IT/Computer Labs in the city to be set up in order to provide modern computer and technology training to those who are unable to obtain it owing to economic problems, same will happen in terms of charges as in Vocational training centre for women as very affordable donation will be received. Those with unavailability to pay such donation will be provided free of cost training.
@ Plan to upgrade existing governmental and private hospitals of the area and launching of an International Standard’s General Hospital equipped with latest technology and services in health.

GOHER REHMAN: A philanthropist, community leader from Kalinjir Community and social worker who always spent his entire young age for restless humanitarian services without considering limits of time, location and money. Still Mr.Goher Rehman keeps himself busy in such great cause. In recognition with his services and his undisputed endeavors for humanity, this centre has been set up in his name i.e, Goher Rehman International Community Centre for Socio-Economic Development (GRICSED).
INTERNATIONAL GRICSED will be offering a unique platform to both corporate sector and community to get in with close partnership. International collaboration will be obtained to precede activities at the GRICSED, in other words this centre will be an international platform to solve socio-economic problems of community.
